die aventüren des cochon

das cochon ist der wanderer zwischen den welten. seine wahrnehmung der wirklichkeit ist phantastisch, die erfahrungen seiner träume real. seine aventüren erzählen von den begebenheiten am rande des weltenstrudels, den ausläufern der spiralnebel. seine passion ist die erkundung. seine neugier ist sein antrieb und die furcht sein companion. seine kraft ist endlich, sein mut jedoch titanenhaft, denn sein herz ist grenzenlos.

doch es ist egozentrisch, eitel, genusssüchtig und und grob. die konventionen der zivilisation sind ihm gleich, aber nichts bewegt es mehr als die liebe zu den formen der schöpfung.

schwungvoll wie sein auftritt ist der strich der zeichnung. bei genauerer betrachtung offenbart sich die gepixelte struktur einer digitalen handzeichnung. der analoge strich hat einen binären aufbau, doch statt der klarheit von 1 und 0, nervöses flirren, zittrigen ecken in den kecken bögen, das scheinbar fixe oszilliert. ein klarer hinweis, die deckung von form und inhalt(figur): nichts ist wie es scheint, es gibt mehrere mögliche realitäten, sie ändern sich mit dem standpunkt des betrachters. das eindeutige ist mehrdeutig, das weiße ist schwarz, das kleine ist groß, das schwache stark und wenn überhaupt dann ist nur eins gewiss: der überraschung folgt häufig die heiterkeit.

the adventures of the cochon

the cochon is the wanderer between worlds. its perception of reality is fantastic, the experience of dreams is real. its adventures talk about occurences at the edges of the vortex of the world, the ripples of spiral nebulae. exploration is its passion. curiosity its motive and fear its companion. its power is limited yet its courage is titanic for its heart is boundless.

but it is egocentric, vain, hedonistic and rude. it is indifferent to the conventions of civilisation yet nothing moves it more than the love for the forms of creation.

its entrance is sweeping as are the penstrokes. looking closely, the pixel structure of the digital handdrawing is revealed. the analog stroke has a binary setup but instead of the definiteness of 1 and 0, there is a nervous jitter, the perky curves have shaky edges, the seemingly fixed is oscillating. an obvious clue, the congruence of form and content (character): nothing is the way it seems, there are several possible realities that change with the point of view of the beholder. the obvious is ambiguous, white is black, small is big, the weak is strong and if anything is at all certain: surprise is often followed by mirth.
